Villa Tripotamos – Tinos

Inside of villa

This rare house organized in a single level, featuring spacious rooms, fully equipped with all modern comforts, can accommodate up to 6 adults, plus 1 child up to 12 years old.
The house, with a total surface of 120 m2 and attention to detail choice of materials, equipment and furniture, is developed on a single level, and in the main volume, is nested the comfortable sitting room, the atmospheric dining room sharing an energy wood-stove and fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and articles. There are also the master bedroom with double built-in bed, a second bedroom elegantly furnished with two single beds, and the well-appointed bathroom with shower stall. Both rooms have big openings and direct access to the outdoor terraces. Annexed to the main volume, there is the guest studio, an independent guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower stall.

Outside of villa

The landscaped courtyard and the garden, is developed on the higher level of the property land, and has impeccable and captivating view to the sacred island of Delos, with a stone organic shaped swimming pool, under the old olive tree, and a sun deck and an outdoor sitting area under a wooden pergola. In the stone walls it is masterly hand sculptured a secret outdoor shower, a barbecue installation, and a stone oven.
